Planning your food budget

Anything and everything, from dinner parties to high tea ~ the image you want to convey is limitless. Funds (usually) are not. Cost is determined by many factors. Is it day time or night? Will guests be in evening wear (tuxedos & gowns) or come as-you-are? Is it a sit down meal with table service or a buffet style display?
